Use Online (Web-Based) or Download MyBookkeepingManager

This allows you to be up and running in a few minutes, without having to worry about installing the software yourself. It also ensures that you are always using the most recent version of the application. The purchase price gives you access to both the web-based version and the software download. FREE Financial Spreadsheets - when you buy MyBookkeepingManager you also get two free bookkeeping spreadsheets (for use in an application such as Microsoft Excel) specifically aimed at very small businesses (sole trader or limited company status). Both spreadsheets have been designed by an accountant and are intended to help you keep track of your monthly or quarterly finances. As with MyBookkeepingManager, the spreadsheets provide useful information to help your accountant complete your end of year accounts.

If you have chosen to download the software, unzip the zip file and refer to the readme.txt file.

Remember - if you use the web-based version, there's no need to install anything - just go to the web address contained in the email sent to you and away you go.

Need a Webserver?

As MyBookkeepingManager is written in PHP and uses a MySQL database management system, if you download the software you will need to install it on a web server that supports these technologies. Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) will probably support PHP and MySQL, and so you can install the application on their web server if you want to.
